so close to 5 stars! So I will tell you and give you the break down! -The case: it is made of plastic, which does not feel too strong, but once you put the device and lock it, it feels more sturdy. -controls: I like the layout, it is handy and anything is a stretch. You can do a firmware upgrade by downloading the app. I don't know what improves since it was the first thing I did, but I guess it made more responsive buttons. -the battery-I chose to buy
